Electronic learning or e-learning is a general term used to refer to computer-enhanced learning.  At WPS we believe it is so much more.

E-learning is about using a wide variety of higher order thinking skills combined with a wide variety of technology tools such as interactive whiteboards, computers, laptops, digital cameras, camcorders, sound tracks etc.

We use an Inquiry Learning approach called SAIL (Steaming Ahead with Inquiry Learning).  Inquiry Learning is our method of teaching.

Whilst Literacy and Numeracy are a high priority equally Inquiry Learning is of high importance.  Inquiry Learning is aligned to the way children learn in the 21st century.  It also develops the skills, knowledge and understanding they will need for the future both in education and in their careers.
