Wairakei Primary School welcomes applications to enrol children for new entrants to Year 6

Wairakei Primary School provides an excellent learning opportunity in a unique rural community located close to Taupo.

TAKE A LOOK AT WHAT HAS BEEN HAPPENING AT WAIRAKEI PRIMARY SCHOOL...

National Young Leaders Day
On Monday 7 May our Year 6 students attended the National Young Leaders Day in Rotorua.  School groups from all around the country.   This was a very eventful and inspiring day for who participated.  Thank you to our PTA, teachers and parents who supported us.  Without you this day would not have been possible. 


"Enrichment"

On Friday, 4 May the Senior School commenced their Enrichment session which will run for the rest of the term.  There are many fabulous activities that we were able to choose from.  They are Kapa Haka, Maths Art, Jump Jam, Sports, Art and Enviro. Here are some pictures of some of us getting involved and having a great time...

 

 

"Discovery"
On Friday's the Junior School all get together for Discovery time.  This is where there are activites set up for the juniors to participate in.  Below are some photos taken....



 


 

45 minutes is all it will take to find out what other parents are already excited knowing.
