Clay Beads & Pumps - Wayne from Stockers Horticlulture,Cambridge, delivered these yesterday morning. Ms Fitzsimmons showed Wayne our tunnel set-up, our ‘walls of planning’ and the demo system he helped us create.

We only had a small group of students today as many were involved with Pet Day preparation in their classrooms.

Roz and Ella Ward are visiting us today. It is wonderful to have them here.

IBC’s – Thank you to Shades Transport for delivering these yesterday – Free of charge. A thank you has been put into the week 4 school newsletter.

Pet Day – items and plants for our stall are ready to go. We brought some of the plants down from the growing tunnel. Fish – The demo unit is being put in Rooms 8/9 for Pet Day.

Te Kunenga Charitable Trust (Maara Kai Project) – the paper work has been done and today we received notification that the Trust has deposited the full $2,000.00 into the school’s account. They are very impressed with our Aquaponics Unit and the work the group are doing/have done.

Koru Carving – we held a school ceremony on Tuesday morning (28.10.14) to celebrate our sculpture, with Declan and Shayna performing the unveiling.
