The Koru is taking shape.

Next week we are going to harvest some worms and donate them to Tauhara Primary School’s enviro group. They are starting their worm farm.

A rubbish audit will take place in Term 3.

Maori Perspectives - Whaea Danelle works with all classes in our school linking cultures and traditions through history, stories, interactive activities, art and songs. Whaea Danelle also leads our two Kapa Haka Performance Groups and works with all staff and the community organising Matariki Celebrations.

Our new friend -

This little fantail has been around school for the past few weeks, visiting classrooms and flitting around Jono while he works outside. 'Fantail’ was with us on planting day and happily zoomed around among the students.
